Free replacements for 365-days

If you’ve received your creation from us and it’s not exactly what you ordered, we will be happy to re-make and re-ship it to you for free.

We believe that if we have not done what you have asked us to do, then we should do it again until it’s right. Period.

So if you’re not happy just contact us to request a full replacement. We’ll be eager to make you happy.

The details

With our 365-day free replacement policy, there is no fine print.

All we ask is you take responsibility for any problems at your end – like with your design, or your choice of materials. Remember, prototyping and refining your designs is an integral part of the product creation process.

– You can get a replacement for up to 365-days from the order date.

– The problem must have been caused at our end, and not yours.

– We’ll remake and reship your creation for free.

– Once we have figured out what went wrong (typically within 72 hours of receiving your replacement message), we will remake and reship your creation as fast as we possibly can.
